OMG it's february !

Darn it's february.....lost a month ....no I want to get back on track....finally going to start my journey to good health.....mmmm...weightloss with you ! Yes I am doing it ...had my second child 3 years back and been wanting to get back to my pre pregnancy weight. My plan is to weigh myself once a week and post the picture with you...am positive will get to being 50 pounds lighter ..giving myself a good year....no gym expensive trainers it's going to be my determination..will post my diet exercise and the whole deal.
